Conference Fees
Conference fees include bus transfer from/to Naples, accommodation in double room with sea view, coffee breaks, breakfast, lunch, dinner,
drinks during meals, gala dinner, social events, car parking and access to the
private beach and swimming pool
at the Towers Hotel (beach towels, if needed, must be paid separately).
Participation in technical/scientific sessions is reserved for regular participants and students.
Conference fees include 22% VAT.

Notes
- For specific situations (e.g., two regular participants sharing a double room, more than one accompanying person, etc.)
please contact the organizers at organization@smmso2024.it to define a
tailor-made accommodation solution and price.
- The fee can be applied to only one accompanying person per regular participant, sharing the same room.
- A copy of the student card or a presentation letter signed by the tutor will be asked during the registration procedure
to certify the student status.
- During the registration procedure, the student must specify the name of the roommate.
The Towers Hotel also has some rooms that can accommodate three guests; if this is your case, please contact the organizers at
organization@smmso2024.it to find out the actual availability and to
define a discounted price.
Registration
Registration must be made through the SMMSO2024 registration portal.
Each participant (whether regular participant, student, or accompanying person) must sign up on the web portal and create an account using the invitation key
provided by the Organizing Committe or by a member of the Scientific Committee.
After the account is created, the participant can sign in to the portal to provide invoicing data and book the room.
Once the booking has been made, the participant will have to wait for the organizers to validate the booking and then proceed with the payment.
